Eldon Harker grew up on a farm where hands-on work and problem-solving were part of daily life. Early exposure to construction—building farmhouses, pouring concrete, and welding—sparked his passion for the industry and set the foundation for his career.
After gaining years of experience in the steel industry, Eldon partnered with his cousin, Samuel Harker, to launch Patriot Arc, LLC. Together, they built the company from a small operation into a trusted nationwide provider of structural steel services and pre-engineered metal building projects.
Today, as CEO of Patriot Arc, LLC, Eldon leads large-scale industrial steel erection projects while staying closely involved in day-to-day operations. His commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and excellence continues to shape every project the company takes on.
Growing up on a farm, Samuel Harker developed a strong work ethic and sense of accountability early in life. He gravitated toward welding and fabrication, earning certifications that launched his career in the steel industry.
Drawing on years of field experience, Samuel co-founded Patriot Arc, LLC alongside his cousin, Eldon Harker. He played a key role in expanding the company’s capabilities, moving from smaller structural projects into complex, large-scale steel erection work across the country.
Today, Samuel helps lead Patriot Arc, LLC in delivering large-scale industrial steel erection projects across the country. His dedication to craftsmanship and innovation continues to shape the company’s reputation and success.
Eli serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Patriot Arc, LLC, where he has spent over three years driving the company’s growth and operational excellence. He oversees day-to-day operations, leads project management, and acts as the company’s lead estimator.
Eli is credited with developing Patriot Arc’s robust safety program and securing its AISC Erector Certification along with Metal Deck and Seismic Endorsements—achievements that set the company apart for quality and safety.
Before joining Patriot Arc, Eli gained hands-on experience across multiple construction disciplines, including general construction, excavation, and coal mining. This diverse background gives him a comprehensive understanding of the building process and a practical, results-driven approach to leadership.
Today, Eli continues to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction, ensuring every Patriot Arc project is delivered with precision and professionalism.
Whit Roundy was born and raised in Northern Arizona and Southern Utah, where his entrepreneurial spirit was sparked at an early age. Fascinated by business and leadership as a teenager, Whit set out to understand what drives growth and success in an organization.
Early in his career, he gained hands-on experience in manufacturing and construction, working on projects across the country. This foundation led him into management and financial services, where for more than 25 years he has developed a comprehensive understanding of business operations with a focus on the construction industry.
Whit has been closely involved with Patriot Arc, LLC from the start, working alongside Samuel and Eldon Harker to help grow the company from a regional operation into a nationally recognized leader in structural steel erection. His financial expertise and dedication to operational excellence have been key to Patriot Arc’s continued success.
